Refund policy

On this page
At integrAIt, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing our AI automation kits.
Because our products are supplied digitally, the cancellation process differs from that for physical goods. However, your legal rights remain protected, and we are committed to resolving legitimate product issues fairly.
1. Digital products
All integrAIt products are supplied as downloadable digital files.
Once your payment has been confirmed, your purchased files are made available through your order confirmation page, email download links and, where applicable, your account library.
No physical products are dispatched.
2. Changing your mind
If you purchase as a consumer, you will normally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the rules that apply to digital content.
Where you have expressly consented to digital content being supplied during that period and acknowledged that you will lose your cancellation right once supply begins, your statutory change-of-mind cancellation right may end when digital delivery starts.
If the required consent, acknowledgement and confirmation procedures have not been completed, your cancellation rights may continue.
If you wish to cancel a purchase before digital delivery has begun, please contact us promptly.
3. Faulty or incorrect products
If a purchased kit is faulty, incomplete or materially different from its advertised description, please contact us. Examples include:
- Downloaded files that are corrupt or cannot be opened.
- Missing files that were specifically advertised as included.
- Incorrect files supplied with your order.
- Digital content that does not meet applicable statutory requirements.
We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may involve supplying corrected files, providing a replacement or issuing an appropriate refund or price reduction.
4. Technical compatibility
Some kits require specific third-party software, accounts, integrations or configuration. Please review the product description and technical requirements before purchasing.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every system, application or third-party platform. However, this does not affect your legal rights where a product fails to meet its description or applicable statutory standards.
5. Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you’ve accidentally purchased the same kit twice or selected the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will review the circumstances and consider an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by law or agreed at our discretion.
6. Business results
Our automation kits are designed to support business processes, but we cannot guarantee specific financial, operational or commercial results.
Results depend on factors including configuration, software compatibility, the quality of the information supplied and how the automation is implemented.
Dissatisfaction with a particular business outcome does not, by itself, establish that a product is faulty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. How to request a refund
To request assistance or a refund:
- Visit our Contact Support page.
- Provide your name and order number.
- Identify the product concerned.
- Explain the issue or reason for your request.
- Include any relevant error messages or supporting information.
We will review your request and respond with the appropriate next steps.
8. How refunds are processed
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be processed in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method unless another arrangement is agreed where legally permitted. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
Once a full refund has been completed and any applicable contract cancellation has taken effect, access to the refunded product may be withdrawn.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Under applicable UK consumer legislation, digital content must meet relevant requirements relating to quality, fitness for purpose and description. Where those requirements are not met, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement or a price reduction.
